These terms govern your use of the Badpro platform — from creating your account and making deposits in PKR to placing bets, claiming bonuses and requesting withdrawals. Please read them carefully before registering.
Welcome to Badpro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Badpro ("we", "us", "our", "Badpro") governing your access to and use of the Badpro platform, including all gaming, sports betting and casino services available at badpro.biz.

To register and maintain a Badpro account you must meet all of the following requirements:
Badpro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Badpro operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different mobile numbers, names or payment methods are used — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
Your Badpro account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity. Badpro strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Badpro customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@badpro.biz. Badpro may temporarily suspend a suspected compromised account pending investigation.
Members must keep their contact information up to date. Outdated mobile numbers or contact details that prevent Badpro from reaching you may result in withdrawal delays or account access issues.
Badpro reserves the right to close any account at any time in cases including but not limited to: fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms or irregular betting patterns. Where an account is closed for cause, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Badpro platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Badpro does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to a Member's Badpro balance within seconds of successful processing. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect. Badpro is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's payment provider or bank.
Withdrawal requests are processed by Badpro's payments team. Mobile wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within two hours during operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Badpro reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Badpro account, or to a verified account held in the Member's name. Badpro does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Badpro does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Badpro is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet operators.
Badpro reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day or per week. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
All bets placed on Badpro are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays a bet reference number on the bet slip confirmation screen. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by a Member after confirmation except where a cash-out option is explicitly made available by Badpro for that market.
Badpro sets odds and markets at its sole discretion. Badpro reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time before settlement. If a market is suspended after a bet has been accepted, that bet remains valid and will settle when the market is determined.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed on each betting option. Badpro reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Members or markets without notice.
Regarding PSL and cricket events specifically: if a match is abandoned before a result is determined, Badpro will void most match bets and return stakes. If a match result is determined by DLS method, the official result governs settlement. Full cricket settlement rules are available in the Badpro help section.
Badpro does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of a Member relying on information from third-party sources when placing bets. Members are responsible for their own betting decisions.
In-play betting markets on Badpro are suspended during critical moments in a match (wickets, stoppages, video reviews). Odds and markets resume once the situation is confirmed. This is standard industry practice and is not a malfunction.
All casino games and card games on Badpro — including Teen Patti, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and all slot titles — use independently certified random number generators (RNG). RTP percentages for slot games are displayed in each game's information panel and represent the theoretical return over a statistically large number of rounds.
Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to a Member's account, Badpro reserves the right to correct the balance to the amount that should have been paid based on the correct game outcome. Members who knowingly exploit a game malfunction may have their account closed.
Progressive jackpot pools are funded by contributions from wagers placed by all participating players. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Badpro reserves the right to verify jackpot claims and may take up to 72 hours to confirm a jackpot payment where additional verification is required.
Live casino games featuring live dealers operate according to the rules displayed within each game environment. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game round will continue according to its automated rules. Badpro is not responsible for internet connectivity issues affecting a Member's ability to participate in or observe a live game round.
Badpro offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over any general guidance on this page.
The standard Badpro welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of Rs 500 and a minimum wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before withdrawal. Full welcome bonus terms are available at the time of registration.
Badpro reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without notice. If a Member has an active bonus that is modified or withdrawn, any portion of the wagering requirement already completed will be honoured at the rate applicable at the time of the change.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated betting with other accounts, or exploiting errors in promotion terms — is a breach of these Terms. Badpro may recover bonus funds and associated winnings and close affected accounts in all such cases.
Badpro reserves the right to withhold bonus entitlements from Members who are found to have provided false information at registration, or who are determined to pose a heightened fraud or money laundering risk at any verification stage.

Once a deposit limit or self-exclusion is activated on a Badpro account, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits or reversal of self-exclusions are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect, to protect Members from impulsive decisions.
Badpro also monitors account activity for indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact Members whose patterns of play suggest they may benefit from support or information about responsible gaming resources.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use — including your name, mobile number, payment information and betting history — is used for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and customer support purposes only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Badpro platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Badpro provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted availability and accurate odds and game outcomes, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from technical faults at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted, Badpro's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of verified, cleared funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
Badpro is not liable for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures on the Member's side; device incompatibility; power outages; actions of third-party payment processors; or any circumstances beyond Badpro's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Badpro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Badpro will notify active Members by email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material clarifications may be updated without specific notice.
The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently updated. Continued use of the Badpro platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and request withdrawal of any available balance.
